Common Atlantic issues
Atlantic Alféa heat-pump faults
Atlantic Alféa and Excellia heat pumps show numeric codes on the interface or Cozytouch app. The most common field faults concern water flow (error 356, blocked flow meter) and refrigerant circuit pressure (error 369, gas sensor). On an air-to-water PAC in heating mode, code 356 often means the compressor stops and leaving-water temperature no longer rises: check the strainer filter, isolation valve and flow-meter turbine before replacing parts. Error 369 points to the high/low pressure sensor or a refrigerant leak.
Atlantic air-conditioning faults
On Atlantic split and multi-split systems, indoor display codes often relate to sensors, fans or communication with the outdoor unit. Use the hub sheets to separate a simple dirty-filter trip from a genuine PCB or sensor failure, and follow the sourced diagnostic sequence before ordering spare parts.
When to call a certified engineer
Any intervention on the refrigerant circuit requires an F-Gas / certified refrigeration engineer. Electrical and hydraulic checks (filters, valves, flow meters, bus wiring) can be done by a qualified installer; if the fault returns after those checks, escalate with the AskMarcel procedure for the specific code.

Fault Code 356 Atlantic: Flow Sensor — Diagnosis
Fault code 356 is specific to the flow meter (often on recent or Duo models). It indicates that the flow sensor turbine is not rotating or not sending a pulse.
369 • Alféa
Fault Code 369 Atlantic: Circuit Pressure — Resolution
Fault code 369 indicates an anomaly in the refrigerant pressure reading by the electronic control board.
